Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SQ Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to provide high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and website development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Advance Payments & Refunds

  • All advance payments made for services are non-refundable.

  • Once work has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This applies to one-time projects, monthly services, and customized packages.

📌 Due to the nature of digital services (time, effort, and resources involved), refunds are generally not possible.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Payment was made, but work has not yet started, and

  • A written refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, and

  • The refund request is approved by management.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.


3. Monthly Services & Retainers

For recurring services such as:

  • SEO

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Paid Ads Management

  • Website Maintenance

The following rules apply:

  • Clients may cancel monthly services by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refund will be provided for the current or already billed month.

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.


4. Website Development Projects

  • Website development payments are usually divided into milestones.

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

  • Any remaining unpaid milestones will be canceled.


5. Delays & Client Responsibility

No refunds will be issued if delays occur due to:

  • Late feedback or approvals from the client

  • Failure to provide content, credentials, or required information

  • Third-party service delays (hosting providers, platforms, APIs)


6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • SEO services

  • Digital marketing campaigns

  • Paid advertising setup or management

  • Website design & development work

  • Consultation or strategy sessions


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.

  • Any fees or losses caused by chargebacks may be recovered from the client.


8. Policy Updates

SQ Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
